BLADETRICKS GEN2 MINI ICE PRY: THE TACTICAL EVOLUTION
Taking the core function of the original Classic Mini Ice Pry and focusing it on combat capability, the Gen2 Mini Ice Pry version is designed for deeper concealment and faster deployment in high-stress scenarios.
It retains the foolproof versatility of the Ice Pry, but the profile is sharpened for the modern tactical kit.
Purpose-Built for Combat
My goal for the Gen2 was simple: to create a more aggressive instrument. The functionality remains versatile (wedge, pry, pick, awl), but its geometry is optimized for last ditch tactical dagger and push dagger capability.
I use 1070 Spring Steel for this batch. This is a tougher steel, chosen for its superior resistance to impact and deflection. Each piece is carefully heat treated in my electric kiln to achieve the optimal balance of resilience and hardness required for tactical use.
The handle features a hollow paracord wrap for a secure, low-profile grip.
I optimized its overall length (OAL) to 153 mm for better portability and concealability.
The Bladetricks Gen2 Mini Ice Pry is a dedicated tactical instrument built for certainty when failure is not an option.
