Born from a custom request, The Bladetricks Pizzabit is a unique pizza cutter.
The Pizzabit is held in reverse grip, a choice dictated by its inherently efficient position of dominance. This functional curve is reminiscent of the ancient Ulu knife, channeling substantial downward force and dictating a smooth, deep rocking motion for a relentless cut.
I fitted the tool with sculpted black G10 handle scales to ensure a secure, positive grip, a choice instantly reminiscent of its tactical Bladetricks lineage. The blade is AEB-L stainless steel, meeting culinary demands without sacrificing the edge retention or toughness expected from any Bladetricks tool.
This elegant pizza cutter is paired with a custom Kydex sheath, another deliberate nod to its dark, professional heritage. The Pizzabit belongs on the countertop and not in the drawer.
