KARAMBITS AND OTHER RINGED TOOLS DESIGNED AND HANDCRAFTED BY A.N. NASH

ABOUT THE KARAMBIT
The karambit (or kerambit) is a small Southeast Asian curved knife with an ergonomic handle and a razor sharp blade for hooking, slicing, ripping or tearing with minimal effort. Originally designed as an agricultural implement, the karambit is believed to have originally been weaponized among the Minangkabau people of West Sumatra where according to folklore it was inspired by a tiger's claw.

The modern tactical karambit is valued for its secure grip, grip retention and control, precision and efficiency. Moreover, the karambit generally is easier to carry, conceal and deploy than traditional knives.
